Standardize Your Lighting With One Single Lens 1000W Replacement Industrial Fixture

1000W HID Bulbs Are Going Extinct

Gone are the days of grabbing a bulb from your storeroom and replacing them as they go out every month. Good news, for the last 15 years, Heavy Industrial Plants have been replacing their 1000 Watt HID fixtures with one LED light that does it all.

One LED Light Does It All

One Light That Works for Every Application At Your Plant

Swap Out a Bracket in Less Than 60 Seconds!

A 1000W HID equivalent LED fixture that you can grab and go. The same light, and the same part number now work for your high bay lighting, crane lighting, mast lighting and flood lighting. All you need to do is swap out the bracket. Instead of stocking hundreds of bulbs and ballasts, just stock one light and brackets.

1000W HID Bulbs Are Going Extinct

Supply on 1000 Watt HID Bulbs is Running Out

The Department of Energy has banned incandescent bulbs and shut down production. Supply of these 1000 Watt bulbs is running out which means the prices are significantly increasing on the bulbs left on the market.

Why Industrial Plants Loved the Old Bulb & Ballast Model

There were some benefits to how the bulb & ballast model worked; all 1000W HID fixtures for high bay lights, crane lights, outdoor mast lights, and flood lights used the same 1000W bulb & ballast. Storerooms only had to stock one bulb and one ballast to replace burnt-out bulbs for all applications.

The Complexity of the Introduction of LED Lights

LED lighting last longer than the old HID bulbs that need replacing every week or month, but you needed a different LED fixture for every application in your plant. It also came with a learning curve to figure out what type of lighting you needed, the number of lumens or wattage required, the lens degree required, how you will mount the fixtures and more.

All of these fixtures and options mean new lighting suppliers and new part numbers to load into your system when purchasing for each application. The lead time on all these options increased as well. There is also the added issue that not all of these different fixture types and parts will fit into your storeroom.

Imagine just one LED part number that works for every application at your plant…
