Our 2025 catalog just launched and we know flipping through page after page isn’t always realistic.
That’s why we put together this quick rundown of the top 10 most newsworthy catalog updates to get you up to speed fast. Whether it’s new product releases, major upgrades, or helpful tools we’ve added this year, this list covers what’s different, what’s improved, and what’s worth promoting.
If you’re a distributor, rep, or just someone who likes to know what’s new — this is for you.
1. B-Top: Plug-and-Play Compatible with Other Brands
It’s official — the B-Top is plug-and-play compatible with Crouse-Hinds Champ and now Appleton MercMaster III(via adapter). Since launch, it’s been one of our fastest-moving products.

- Now with a high temp version for the HH03 (see pg. 33)
- Compatible with both ATOP and CTOP
- Want to try it yourself? Apply for a free sample
The back cover shows exactly how easy this install is — no rewiring, no fuss.
2. SL3: Industrial Lighting, Upgraded
The new SL3 high bay combines the best of the CHB with significant upgrades in durability, efficiency, and installation flexibility. Designed for heavy industrial and outdoor environments, the SL3 features:

- A sealed driver compartment for superior protection in high-heat and high-moisture conditions
- A pre-installed 20kA surge suppressor placed before the driver for optimal electrical protection
- Simplified installation with conduit, crane, and mast mounting options
- 600V capability in three wattages: 200W, 240W, and 300W
The SL3 isn’t just a replacement for the CHB — it’s the next generation of high-output LED lighting, purpose-built for reliability where it matters most.
3. EXP Line Expansion – Lighter, Smarter, Built to Perform

One of the biggest misconceptions about explosion-proof lighting is that it has to be bulky, heavy, and overbuilt to be effective. Our growing EXP lineup proves otherwise.
The LN06 is a standout example — weighing in at just 7 lbs, this compact fixture is built with fiberglass-reinforced polycarbonate, making it both durable and easy to install. Perfect for high-up or confined areas where every pound counts.
The RD05 continues to win over installers with six versatile mounting options, offering unmatched flexibility for a range of hazardous environments.
And when it comes to high-temperature hazloc performance, our Linear 1319C and HH03 models now handle up to 212°F (100°C) — making them ideal for steamy, high-moisture operations in oil & gas, food processing, or pulp & paper.
The EXP series is more than tough — it’s efficient, lightweight, and engineered for the realities of industrial life.
4. RC01 Goes Green

The RC01 has long been a favourite among electrical maintenance crews across North America. With its durable build, strong magnetic base, and NSF rating, it’s become the go-to portable work light for industrial environments.
Now, it’s getting a fresh new look — our most popular work light is officially available in LEDinAction GREEN.
While our classic orange units are still shipping, once they’re gone, green becomes the new standard. Want to get ahead of the curve? You can start requesting the green version now by ordering with part number RC-01-GRN.
Same rugged performance. Just with a new colour that’s all action.
5. 600 Volt Updates – More Power, More Options

High voltage just got an upgrade. After the overwhelming success of our 600V high-output lighting line, we’ve made it easier than ever to spec and source 600V fixtures. A dedicated spec section (see page 17) walks you through our 600V offering in detail.
The new SL3 (page 19) now includes a 600V option, featuring a mini driver that fits neatly inside the driver box for a compact, efficient solution. Due to popular demand, this setup is now available in three wattages: 200W, 240W, and 300W, giving you more flexibility across applications that demand high voltage performance.
Whether you’re upgrading your mill or planning for a new install, our 600V lineup delivers powerful illumination without compromise.
6. HCP06 Mini – Same Toughness, Smaller Build

Our most trusted food processing light just got a leaner sibling. The HCP06 Mini is designed for lower wattage applications (70W–150W) while maintaining the same durable, IP69K-rated design that’s made this series a staple in wash down and high-moisture environments.
Meanwhile, the original HCP06 housing still powers the higher-output models (200W–240W), giving you more flexibility based on your lumen requirements.
If you’re upgrading NSF-rated lighting or looking for an efficient, rugged fixture built for the daily demands of food processing, the HCP06 Mini is a smart move. Plus, with the Mini’s arrival, we’re offering significant discounts on our discontinued NSF stock — while supplies last.
7. Find the Right Light — Fast.

Need a crane light? High mast? Explosion-proof linear?
With dozens of industrial lighting solutions, finding the right product shouldn’t be overwhelming. That’s why we’ve introduced the Applications Guide on pages 7-8 of our 2025 catalog — your quick-start tool for navigating by application.
Whether you’re searching by environment (hot mill, wash down, hazardous location) or mounting style (high bay, wall, flood, linear), this two-page guide helps you zero in fast.
It’s one of the most practical additions to this year’s catalog — and a time-saver for everyone from engineers to distributors.
8. Scan to Spec: New QR Codes on Every Product Page

In the 2025 catalog, you’ll notice a powerful upgrade — every product page now features a QR code that links directly to a full suite of digital resources.
With a quick scan, you’ll instantly access:
- 2D & 3D drawings
- Digital spec sheets
- IES photometric files
- DLC listings
- Mounting bracket options (separated by type)
No more digging through folders or chasing documents — just scan and spec with speed. Whether you’re quoting, designing, or installing, these resources are now just one tap away.
